Jenny Froeba has been a well-respected Registered Nurse, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been providing care within the Registered Nurse scope of Practice since 2004 in a wide array of specialties.

She was Charge Nurse and provided four years of nursing care to critically ill children in the Pediatric ICU at Marshfield Children’s Hospital.

She has a particular passion for obstetrical nursing, having spent eight years as a Labor and Delivery nurse with an extensive background in external fetal monitoring.

She has attended a variety of births, with experience in cord prolapse, ruptured uterus, fetal demise, normal spontaneous vaginal delivery, and cesarean section. She also holds credentials as a certified lactation specialist and has trained as a doula with a focus on indigenous cultures and substance abuse.

In addition to inpatient nursing care, Jenny has experience within the public health sector, working as a durable medical equipment subject matter expert with Medicare and Medicaid recipients. Most recently, a Health Educator in the Women’s, Infant’s, and Children’s program for the Wood County Health Department. She has helped implement and manage other public health programs and policy, system, and environmental change projects.

Her varied experience, knowledge, and motivation is an asset when meeting the needs of the clients she works with.
